What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date. Your return must be shipped by the 21st day to qualify. All returns are issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

We provide prepaid return labels only if you purchased Re: Do at checkout. If you did not purchase Re: Do, you are responsible for your own return shipping. Re: Do returns are eligible for store credit only and must meet all return conditions.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges, you can set up the exchange through our returns portal and select a new size or item of your choice, any discount you received for your order will still be applied with the exchange.

What items are considered final sale?

Items marked as Final Sale, bodysuits, accessories, and items ending in .29 or listed as final sale in the product description are not eligible for return.

What are the return requirements?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside an outer shipping bag or box. Do not attach a shipping label directly to the shoe box. Returns that don’t meet these requirements may be rejected or charged a restocking fee.

Do you block excessive returns?

Yes. Customers who return 75% or more of their orders within a 12-month period may be blocked from making future purchases and returns.
